Every request is reviewed the same day.
Not every request needs a same-day call — Clinicians decide the safest next step.
Urgent issues: usually responded to on the same day
Routine/admin requests: within 2 working days
If you have an urgent issue and the online form is full, please call reception for assistance.
This system helps ensure urgent care is prioritised, telephone queues are reduced, and care stays safe for everyone.
