Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours
We offer early morning appointments with our Nurses between 7am – 8am every Thursday and evening appointments with our GP’s between 6.30pm – 8pm on a Monday. Please speak to reception if you would like further information.
Out of Hours
Patients calling the practice outside those hours (i.e. between 6.30pm and 8am weekdays and from 6.30pm Friday to 8am Monday) will be asked to hang up and call NHS 111 for urgent care or call 999 in the case of an emergency.
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 (dial 111 from your phone) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
