What We Ask of You
To help us provide the best care, we ask that you:
- Treat our staff, other patients and visitors with kindness and respect.
- Attend your appointments on time, or let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
- Use our services responsibly and request urgent appointments only when necessary.
- Keep us updated with your current address and contact details.
- Take an active role in your healthcare by following medical advice and using medication as prescribed.
- Be patient and understanding, particularly at busy times when demand for NHS services is high.
