Wasted Appointments for September 2023

During the month of September there were 214 wasted appointments!!

This equates to 52 hours of lost clinical time. 52 hours of appointments which could have been taken by patients who needed an appointment but were unable to secure one.

If you don’t need your booked appointment, it is important that you cancel it so it can be offered to someone else. Our practice, like countless others up and down the country, is seeing an unprecedented level of demand on our services and wasted appointments like this only serve to increased waiting times for our patients.
